DeviceNet™ 7/8" Cordsets
Connectors on Both Ends

As seen on our DeviceNet Bulk Cable
page, there are over 20 types of DeviceNet cable. When combined with
the different connector types, the result is quite a
large range of cordsets. With connectors on both ends, the list of
possible part numbers is too long to list here. Instead, the part
number can be assembled using the matrix below. Standard lengths are
1M, 2M, 4M, 6M, 8M, 10M, 15M and in +5M increments for longer
lengths available to order.
For Stainless Steel Coupling Nuts change RKM to RKV, WKM to
WKV, RSM to RSV, WSM to WSV

Meaning of Type Codes

| To use the matrix, select the
connector on one end from the left columns. Select the connector on
the other end from the rows along the top. Where the row and column
intersect is the guide for the part number. All deviceNet cables
begin with 57, so replacing the x, complete this number with the
desired cable type. Replace the * with the length of cordset
required in metres.
For example if a 6 metre cordset using Cable Type 5722B is
required with a 7/8" Straight Male connector on one end and a 7/8"
Female Right Angled connector on the other, the part number is RSM

Reducing Cordsets for DeviceNet
These cordsets have 7/8" connector (left hand column) on one end
and an M12 connector (top rows) on the other.
Note: When M12 connector is used only Mid and Thin types of
cable can be used.
